About Coach Pete

Through his unique training system, Coach Peter provides an opportunity for people to learn how to be a Coach. He teaches people how to be the source that drives change in their life.
Communication is the key to driving change. The way you think, feel, speak and perceive correlates to the choices you make. Your choices and your behaviors create the quality and the results of your life. So, change your mind to transform your results.

By learning how to execute Coaching Communication, you create an environment that fosters the type of insight that leads towards breakthrough performance. For example, as the Coach, it’s not your job to motivate people, rather it’s your job to find out why the person you care about isn’t choosing to be motivated. This communication framework sets in motion a conversation that changes the paradigm from which you operate with others - from disabler to Coach. As the Coach, you are the space in which others design and achieve their success.
As you are able to gain insight into how one limits his or her success, you create a strong possibility for that person to achieve. Alternatively, if you are not able to identify the Barrier to Performance, then you are less likely to create different results in the future.
This insight, called Coaching Communication, sets in motion the opportunity for change, as opposed to discipline or working harder which reproduce the same results though perhaps faster. Through Coaching, you can learn to be the source that drives change.

That's the story we all know right? In every Hollywood romantic flick, we see couples fall in love and live happily ever after! We thought the same for Cinderella also, isn't it? This story is a little different. Peter Lotterhos, the author of this book, created this fictional story of Cindy's life after 20 years of her marriage. However, he wrote it in a way that you can also relate to Cindy and consciously create your life.  Cindy, 20 year later is struggling not only with abandonment issues, but also with unconsciou
